    Responsibilities
    • Manage the day-to-day third-party marketplace e-commerce operations and build relationships with KAMs of Marketplaces
    • Assist E-com Head with inputs for closing JBP and TOT
    • Execute aligned JBP/TOT
    • Overseeing the team to create, update and modify product listings on various sales channels, marketplaces & Shopify.
    • Build effective and actionable creative briefs with the marketing team and global brand partners in designing best-in-class A+ content.
    • Monitor each product page and look out for inactive listings, errors, or mismatches of data (Price & Listing Quality) and get them rectified
    • Monitor and report on Marketplace performance metrics ROAS, discounts, listings, pricing, SLA breaches & returns.
    • Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting.
    • Coordinate with supply chain teams to monitor inventory levels to ensure products are always in stock and recommend replenishment considering weeks of supply.
    • Work with commercial teams to ensure financial hygiene (collection, accounts reconciliation, settling of claims).
    • Competitor research analysis – both at National & International platforms.
    • Monitor daily transactions – ensure timely accounting of customer's returns and tally with portals.
    • Track and report performance for all brands and products with actionable steps.
    • Remain on the pulse of the competitive landscape, new Amazon features, and platform changes. Similarly, find comparable opportunities across other marketplaces like Myntra, Walmart, and so on.
    • Opportunity to expand ownership to other marketplaces.
    • Ownership of the product catalog, including setting up new product listings, product descriptions, images, pricing, and variations and optimizing product detail pages for maximum conversion.


    Requirements

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative, as well as able to work in a cross-functional environment.
    • Strong communication, analytical & MS excel, MS office skills, and a clear understanding of retail math.
    • Basic understanding of warehouse operations to manage and execute daily marketplace orders without any hiccups.
    • Knowledge of Uni-commerce marketplace integrator, Shopify.
    • Background in premium & luxury brands is preferred.
    • First Class Bachelor's degree.
    • 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce operations
