The position we are hiring isfor a Technical Skills Instructor someone with a passion forCoaching and facilitating learning. Your core work will betransforming students into competent working professionals byreducing the gap between students skill set and industry needs. Youmust have the ability to assess and support individual needs andabilities as well as demonstrate patience and flexibility duringthe learningprocess.
Whatis expected out of you
As a DataScience Instructor you will play a pivotal role in delivering livedata science classes creating engaging assignments conducting mockinterviews and providing essential support to our studentsthroughout their learningjourney.
Responsibilitieswillinclude
a)ConductLive Data Science Classes:

• Leadinteractive sessions covering SQL Excel Python Statistics CaseStudies Guesstimates Power BI Machine Learning andETL.
• Ensure effective delivery of coursematerial and foster studentengagement.

b)Assignment andEvaluation Creation:

• Developchallenging problems using various tools and concepts for studentassignments and evaluations.
• Design tasks thatencourage critical thinking and practical application of datascience principles.

c)Live MockInterviews:

• Facilitate mockinterview sessions for data analyst/data science coursestudents.
• Provide constructive feedback to helpstudents improve their interview skills andconfidence.

d)Student Support andQuery Resolution:

• Monitor Slackchannels and the course platform to address student queries andconcerns promptly.
• Assist students introubleshooting technical issues and understanding course contenteffectively.
• Respond to studentraised ticketsin a timely and professionalmanner.

e)Prepare Students forPlacements:

• Assist students inpreparing for various company hiring processes including but notlimited to company assignments andassessments.
• Coordinate the setup of virtual AIinterviews live mock interviews and mock tests/assignments to helpstudents prepare effectively for companyroles.
• Provide guidance and support to studentsthroughout the placement preparation process helping them developthe skills and confidence needed to succeed in interviews andassessments.

Whatyou will need to bring

• Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics or arelated field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience inteaching in the Data Science field.
• Proficiencyin SQL Excel Python Statistics and other relevant data sciencetools and technologies.
• Prior experience inteaching tutoring or instructional design is preferred but notmandatory.
• Excellent communication skills andthe ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concisemanner and a flair for online training.
• Strongproblemsolving skills and a passion for helping others learn andsucceed.
• People management skills
• Able to engage with students via a highenergyenthusiastic motivational trainingstyle
• Cheerful personality and confident inbuilding student s employabilityquotient

AdditionalDetails

• Thisis a fulltime contractual position based in our Bangalore HSRLayout office.
• The contract duration is 6months with the possibility of conversion to a permanent work typerole based on performance and businessneeds.
