About the Job:
As a Senior Manager - Technical, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design,
execution, and support of automation projects for both residential and commercial spaces.
With a strong foundation in automation and a passion for cutting-edge technologies, you will
lead a team to deliver exceptional solutions that redefine the modern living experience.
Responsibilities:
● Lead the design and planning of residential and commercial automation projects,
ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
● Engage with clients to understand their automation requirements and provide tailored
solutions to meet their needs.
● Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality
standards.
● Provide technical support to customers, addressing queries and troubleshooting
issues related to automation technologies.
● Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients to enhance their
understanding of automation solutions.
● Manage and mentor employees within the Technical department, fostering a culture
of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
● 5-7 years of hands-on experience in automation projects.
● Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
● Experience in home automation, lighting systems, AV systems, and preferably,
security systems.
● Proficiency in BMS/BAS projects and familiarity with wireless automation protocols.
● Proficient in AutoCAD with a keen eye for design and planning.
● Knowledge of KNX protocol and experience with leading automation brands such as
Legrand, Lutron, or similar.
