• This is a fulltime hybrid role for a Manhattan WMS Active support consultant, located in Bengaluru but some work from home is acceptable.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily technical support and maintenance for the Manhattan Active WMS application, working with users to troubleshoot and resolve problems, and ensuring the system is running optimally.
• They will also be responsible for participating in system upgrades and Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Manhattan Active WMS (Warehouse Management System), including configuration and support.
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases, including writing SQL queries.
• Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and integration tools like Gentran, Inovis, or Sterling.
• Experience with fullcycle WMS implementations.
• Experience in supporting/managing WMS systems on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure etc.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
