Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry. This role will involve developing and implementing social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for our e-commerce site.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to meet business objectives, focusing on driving traffic and sales for our e-commerce platform.

Content Creation:

Create engaging and relevant content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and Pinterest, tailored to our target audience and brand voice.

Community Engagement:

Monitor and engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to build brand loyalty and customer relationships.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote products, sales, and special offers, optimizing for maximum ROI and conversion.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor social media performance metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) to track KPIs and provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

· Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

· This is a full-time, onsite position located in Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
