    Description

    As a Shawarma Cutter, your primary responsibility is to skillfully cut and stack shawarma meat for preparation and serving. You must have prior experience in Gulf cuisine, specifically in cutting and stacking shawarma meat, and provide evidence of this experience through a video demonstration.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Shawarma Meat Preparation:

    • Skillfully cut and slice shawarma meat according to established standards.
    • Ensure consistency in thickness and size of meat slices.
    • Trim excess fat and ensure uniformity in meat portions.

    2. Shawarma Stacking:

    • Properly stack shawarma meat slices onto the vertical spit or skewer.
    • Layer meat with appropriate spices and marinades for flavor enhancement.
    • Maintain consistency in meat placement and stacking technique.

    3. Equipment and Station Maintenance:

    • Clean and maintain cutting equipment and work station.
    • Adhere to proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
    • Ensure the equipment is in good working condition.

    4. Safety and Hygiene:

    • Follow food safety regulations and guidelines.
    • Handle and store meat properly to prevent contamination.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    5. Team Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation and service.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
    • Assist in other kitchen tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Mandatory Gulf experience in cutting and stacking shawarma meat.
    • Demonstrable experience through a video demonstration of cutting and stacking shawarma meat.
    • Proficiency in maintaining consistent thickness and size of meat slices.
