    Roles&Responsibilities
    Media Relations: Cultivate and maintainrelationships with journalists editors and other mediaprofessionals. Pitch story ideas and press releases to relevantmedia outlets. Respond to media inquiries and coordinateinterviews. Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on mediaimpressions. ContentCreation: Develop and write press releases articlesand other content for both traditional and digital media. Createcompelling storytelling content that aligns with the companysmessaging and values. Manage and update content on the companyswebsite and social mediaplatforms. EventManagement: Plan and execute press conferencesproduct launches and other PR events. Coordinate media attendanceand coverage for events. Ensure a positive and consistent brandrepresentation at all events.Crisis Communication: Develop crisis communicationplans and act as a spokesperson during crisis situations. Workclosely with senior management to address and mitigate potentialreputational issues.Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teamsincluding marketing sales and corporate communications to align PRstrategies with overall business goals. Provide PR support formarketing campaigns and initiatives. Measurement and Reporting: Track andanalyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns. Prepare regular reportson key PR metrics and share insights with the management team.
    Qualificationsand Skills: Bachelor s degreein Public Relations Communications Journalism or a relatedfield. Proven experience in a PR rolepreferably in a similar industry. Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuildingabilities. Familiarity with digitalmarketing and social media platforms.Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations withtact. Creative thinking and problemsolvingskills. Strong organizational and projectmanagementskills.
