- Must be a Graduate or a Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 to 10 Years of related work experience with demonstrated End to End Transition Management & Project Management Experience in the Right shoring/Offshoring domains in the non-IT industry is a must.
- Experience working with Stakeholders in any of the Global regions is a must.
- Excellent Communication, Analytical, Presentation & stakeholder management skills is expected by default.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certifications would be an added advantage.
- Experience working in the Insurance or Finance domain is desirable.
