    Description

    The Position

    We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Finance Head who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial operations, strategies, and growth initiatives of the Organization.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for the entire Finance & Accounting function

    Manage all Finance & accounting operations including treasury, banking, billing, payroll, A/R, A/P, GL and counsel, cost accounting etc

    Work on reporting various operating financials, cost calculations, budgets and inputs from a commercial point of view.

    Funds Management, Oversight on the cash flows of the business, keeping a close watch on receivables and Payables. OPEX and CAPEX Management.

    Statutory Financial Consolidation as per Indian Accounting standards and IFRS.

    Maintaining accounts as per IGAAP for Indian requirements and also knowledge of US GAAP for group reporting

    Statutory Compliance GST, TDS/IT, PT etc

    Provide expert advice on GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and income tax matters. Address client queries, resolve issues, and offer proactive solutions to optimize tax planning and compliance.

    Audit and Compliance - work closely with internal and external auditors and work constructively towards addressing any issues and gaps identified by auditors.

    Responsible for tax compliances - Direct Taxes as well as Indirect Taxes, including Transfer Pricing etc.

    Work closely on secretarial, legal and other regulatory compliances as may required from time to time by business.

    Systems and Processes - focus on improving systems and processes, with a view to strengthening capabilities within the function and also building efficiencies over time.

    Financial Analysis - analyse financial statements, tax implications, and transactions to identify potential tax planning opportunities or areas of improvement.

    Business & finance transformational experience, process improvement experience.

    Working on Finance Modelling and Automation.

    Talent Management - Resource development and deployment including hiring, training and coaching.

    Structure MIS, Analyse Business profitability, and advise corrective prices, discounts, cost of products etc

    Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

    A Self-starter with proven ability to multitask and get things done.
