- Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or a related field
- Valid certification or licensure as a Counseling Psychologist
- Experience in providing counseling services to children and adolescents
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students
- Knowledge of child development and understanding of the unique challenges faced by students
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to maintain digital records
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address their emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' mental health and identify appropriate intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective intervention plans and support strategies
- Facilitate workshops and training programs for students, parents, and staff on topics related to mental health and well-being
- Maintain accurate and confidential counseling records and documentation
