Senior Consultant / Lead – Oracle EBS Financials Functional

Location: Work From Office (Full-time) (Hyderabad/Gandhi Nagar -Gujarat)

Experience: 8–12 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a highly accomplished Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant to join our Enterprise Applications practice. This role requires deep domain expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, strong business acumen, and the ability to work in complex global environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale implementations, global rollouts, and transformation programs. Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle EBS Financial modules.
• Lead business process workshops and solution design discussions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and compliant Oracle solutions.
• Hands-on configuration in GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, EBTax, and SLA.
• Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R cycles and Intercompany Accounting.
• Prepare BRD, Functional Design Documents (MD50/MD70).
• Manage SIT, UAT, and Go-Live support.
• Partner with technical teams for RICEFW components.
• Manage production support, issue triage, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure SOX and audit compliance alignment.
• Engage with Finance Controllers, CFO teams, and global stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS Financials experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience working in global / multi-country environments.
• Strong exposure to SLA architecture and accounting derivation rules.
• Understanding of integrations with SCM and Projects modules.
• Experience in data migration and reconciliation activities.

Preferred / Value Add

• Oracle EBS Financials Certification.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Experience in EBS to Fusion migration projects.
• Experience in India GST.
• Basic SQL knowledge for reconciliation & validation.
• Experience in upgrades (11i to R12 / R12.x).

Educational Background

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / Chartered Accountant / Commerce Graduate
• Oracle Certification (Highly preferred)
