    We are looking to hire multiple roles for an E-commerce startup

    Position: GL Assistant Manager

    Salary: 7 lacs per annum

    We are seeking a motivated GL Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. As the GL Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the general ledger activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for finance, we want to hear from you

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
    • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
    • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting procedures.
    • Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (professional degree such as Inter CA, CMA would be plus)
    • 3+ years of experience in general ledger accounting.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Candidates having professional degree CA would be preference

    Position: AP Executive

    Salary: 4 lacs per annum

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process vendor invoices and expense reports.
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
    • Prepare and process payments.
    • Assist in month-end closing activities.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Position: AP Lead

    Salary: 7-8 lacs per annum

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise AP team members and provide guidance and support.
    • Review and approve payment batches.
    • Monitor and analyze AP aging reports.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional degree such as Inter CA, CMA would be plus)
    • 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

    Position: GL Lead

    Salary: 9.5 lacs per annum

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the GL team and oversee day-to-day operations.
    • Coordinate month-end and year-end close processes.
    • Review and analyze financial statements.
    • Implement internal controls to mitigate risks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.(professional degree such as Inter CA, CMA would be plus)
    • 7+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
    • Expertise in accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
