    Job Overview

    We are looking for an Assistant to join our team at Anshuman & Co. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and assisting with various tasks. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience as an Assistant or in a similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
    • Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and organizing files.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Coordinate and maintain office supplies and equipment.
    • Assist with client communication and relationship management.
    • Conduct research and provide support for special projects.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
    • Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
    • Assist with other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
