Motorinc is in the process of establishing its marketing team – growth & monetisation and is seeking experienced individuals who are ambitious, process-driven, and consider themselves 'made for start-ups'.

We welcome Graduates, Engineers, and MBAs with a passion for automotive and lifestyle. These positions will generate digital revenues for the company and acquire new clients for our businesses.

Candidates should have:

· A minimum of 4 years of deep process-driven experience in sales and marketing of any one or more of the following businesses: online/e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, media sales, loyalty and reward programs, CRM, and lifestyle and experience-driven businesses.

· Successful track record of revenue growth.

· Possesses sophisticated communication skills.

· Strong in ideating, selling, negotiating, delivering, Cross-selling and Up-selling.

· Excel as presentation specialist.

· Exhibit exceptional negotiation skills.

· Should be resourceful
