Description

As an AWS Data/Cost Optimization Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our AWS infrastructure and data management processes. You will utilize your expertise in AWS services, particularly focusing on Postgres DB, Lambda API development, and Angular, to streamline operations and enhance performance. Responsibilities:

Optimize AWS infrastructure to minimize costs while maximizing performance and scalability.

Develop and maintain Postgres databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficiency.

Design, develop, and deploy Lambda APIs for various applications and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

Implement best practices for data management, storage, and retrieval on AWS.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime.

Stay updated on emerging AWS technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as an AWS Data/Cost Optimization Expert or similar role.

Strong proficiency in AWS services, especially Postgres DB, Lambda API development, and Angular.

Solid understanding of database management principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.

Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
