    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a skilled Campaign Manager with expertise in Meta (formerly Facebook) and

    Google advertising platforms to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning,

    implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google channels to promote

    our design services and increase brand visibility. If you have a strong understanding of digital advertising,

    analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns on Meta and Google

    platforms, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our studio's marketing efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, including Facebook

    Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and Display Network, to reach our target audience effectively.

    ● Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, audience targeting strategies, ad

    creative, and budget allocation, ensuring alignment with our business goals and brand identity.

    ● Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and leverage A/B testing to optimize ad

    creative, audience targeting, and campaign strategies for maximum ROI.

    ● Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising,

    incorporating new features and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.

    ● Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and scheduling to ensure efficient use of resources and achieve

    campaign objectives within designated timelines.

    Requirements:

    ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

    ● Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta and Google advertising

    platforms.

    ● Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful digital marketing campaigns on

    Meta and Google platforms, driving measurable results and achieving KPIs.

    ● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, extract actionable insights, and make

    data-driven decisions to improve performance.

    ● Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics,

    and other relevant advertising tools.

    ● Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously,

    prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    ● Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to develop compelling ad creative and audience targeting

    strategies that resonate with our target audience.

    ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and

    stakeholders.
