SALES MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
· Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
· Provide guidance and support to sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel.
3. Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Sales Performance Monitoring:
· Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and sales pipeline, to track progress against targets.
· Implement measures to identify and address any areas of underperformance, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
5. Market Expansion and Product Promotion:
· Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped segments and regions.
· Plan and execute promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and product launches to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
6. Budget Planning and Forecasting:
· Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
· Monitor sales expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints while maximizing ROI.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achievement of revenue targets in the motorcycling or related business is a must.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence others.
4. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Proficiency in sales management tools and productivity applications and tools is desirable
7. Should be willing to travel in India
