Description

• Visit factories of SAINT-GOBAIN BUs to carry vibration data of critical rotary equipment.
• Verify plant machine vibration data for correct measurement of equipment.
• Basic Fault diagnosis, and Report anomalies through systematic reporting ways.
• Overview and support of Sensor Installations / Mounting with the Plant personnel.
• Single / Dual plane field Balancing of Rotors.
• Regularly reviews vibration data for assigned machines and generates reports and triggers necessary actions.
• Establishes proper storage of the Equipment report and data.
• Drives and owns on line / off line software programs and takes care for timely upgrades.
• Supports and gets involved in problem solving process and facilitates specific needs of vibration data collection as required.
• Preparing monthly performance report based on the recorded NCs.
• Support internal development team in enhancing the functionalities and features of the CMS application.

Preferred to have:

• Sound knowledge on Data Acquisition & Signal Processing.
• Hands on Online/Remote monitoring Experience.
• Understanding of Mechanical and Electrical dynamics of Rotary machines.
• Knowledge on Sensor Installations / Mounting.
• Good understanding of ISO 10816 standards.
• Good knowledge of CMS Systems such as SPM Leonova diamond, Condmaster software.
