    • End-to-End Recruitment:
      • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
      • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Sourcing and Pipeline Development:
    • Stakeholder Management:
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
      • Provide timely updates and insights on recruitment progress and challenges.
    • Employer Branding:
      • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Samtel Avionics as an employer of choice.
      • Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and other forums to promote opportunities.
    • Process Improvement and Compliance:
      • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
      • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices in recruitment.
    • Metrics and Reporting:
      • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
      • Prepare regular reports on hiring progress and performance.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR preferred.
    • 5–8 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, avionics, or technology-driven industries.
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
    • A proactive, results-driven approach with attention to detail.
