    Description

    Role Objective

    One should be able to develop and think creatively, create copy and content for ATL, BTL and Digital media. She/ he should be well researched and be able to develop accurate copy and content on tight deadlines. Able to create catchy slogans, one-liners and copy for campaigns and posts. Who can become "the voice" of our clients by wording the communication to support the client's branding and other marketing efforts.

    Principal Duties & Key Tasks – for Company Clients

    1. Develop advertising concepts and campaigns; Create copy based on ideas and insights; Generate the words, slogans, copy and audio scripts that accompany advertising visuals

    2. Accountable for checking all the content being advertised is truthful and complies with codes of advertising practice

    3. Work with Client Servicing team to discuss the client's requirements and core messages; Participating in client calls during campaign kick-off and as necessary thereafter

    4. Brainstorming ideas & concepts for the visual & words with other members of the creative team, mainly the Art team

    5. Presenting initial ideas to the creative director, some of which may be rejected or developed into workable concepts

    6. Writing various copy options, which may be presented to the client as a story board (a consecutive series of frames depicting the script and drawings that may be used); modifying copy until the client is satisfied

    7. Overseeing the production phase, working and liaising with designers, illustrators, printers, photographers and production companies (if needed)

    Core skill and knowledge

    1. Excellent command over the English & Hindi language with natural flair for writing.

    2. A Wide Vocabulary; Have an interest in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques

    3. Be highly creative and imaginative

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in English or equivalent experience in Advertising; Mass communication and demonstrative professional and/or academic writing experience

    2. 2-5 years of marketing and copywriting experience
