We are seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Programmer with expertise in Java, Azure, and Microservices to join our dynamic team.

As a Lead Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of scalable and high-throughput end-user applications.

Responsibilities

Refactor existing APIs to improve their performance, scalability, and maintainabilityDesign and develop new APIs and microservices to support new product development, system reworking, and digital transformation initiativesWork closely with cross-functional teams to analyze legacy systems and identify areas for business process improvementExtract and document business rules from existing code for analysis and modernizationDevelop modernization strategies, including migration, decomposition, and rewrite, to align with the organization's goalsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet their requirements within specified budgets and timelinesParticipate in agile development, including sprint planning and contribution to high-quality software developmentProvide mentorship and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to project standards and objectivesDemonstrate strong leadership skills, managing and coordinating the efforts of a team of engineers effectively

Requirements

8 to 12 years of professional experience in Java, Spring Boot, Azure, and API developmentProficiency in JUnit, Microservices Architecture Pattern, Mockito, Payments, and REST APIsStrong communication skills, with an English level of B2 or higherAbility to attend project interviews as requiredProven leadership skills with experience in team management and collaboration
