We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a pivotal member of our software development team, you will spearhead the development and launch of digital products and strategies, particularly focusing on SaaS management systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless project execution, all while maintaining a keen focus on product vision and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for digital products, with emphasis on SaaS management systems.
• Collaborate closely with full-stack engineers to refine requirements and ensure alignment with product vision.
• Write detailed Jira tickets, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to communicate product requirements effectively.
• Conduct UAT to ensure product quality before release approval.
• Manage Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Create simple UI mockups using tools like Figma (preferred).

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management within SaaS or internet-based products/services.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams towards product goals.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Slack, and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
