- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Inventory Management and Shipping modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and design scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Configure inventory organizations, subinventories, locators, item structures, and shipping methods and carriers.
- Implement inventory replenishment strategies including min-max planning and safety stock settings.
- Configure and test cross-functional integrations with modules such as Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
- Provide guidance on Oracle Inventory and Shipping best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct end-user training sessions, CRPs, and knowledge transfer workshops.
- Prepare and maintain functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to inventory and shipping processes efficiently.
- Assist in data migration and conversion activities (FBDI/ADFDI templates).
- Develop and manage custom reports and dashboards using OTBI.
- Support and maintain integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Coordinate with Oracle for Service Requests (SRs) and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Participate in project planning, status tracking, and milestone adherence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors for requirement clarification and solution delivery.
- Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure timely and quality output.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years in Oracle Cloud Inventory and Shipping modules.
- Strong functional knowledge of inventory planning, item management, replenishment, shipping execution, and logistics processes.
- Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Cloud applications.
- Familiarity with OTBI, OIC, and data migration techniques.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze issues, and provide end-to-end functional support.
- Oracle Cloud Certifications in Inventory and/or SCM modules.
- Experience with multi-org and multi-country implementations.
- Working knowledge of OUM / AIM methodologies and Agile project delivery.
- Familiarity with Oracle Manufacturing or Order Management modules.
