Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Marketing Executive who
can own campaigns end to end — from idea and planning to execution, digital
amplification, and reporting.
The role requires someone who can initiate campaign ideas, confidently engage
with clients, envisage and plan marketing activities, get campaigns rolled out
on-ground and offline, and ensure they are marketed and optimized across
Google, Meta, and Instagram. This is a full-lifecycle marketing role with real
ownership and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Ideation & Planning
- Conceptualize and initiate marketing campaigns aligned with client and
- Translate ideas into structured execution plans with clear timelines and
On-Ground Events & Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute on-ground events, brand activations, and promotions
- Manage offline marketing initiatives including print, branding, and physical
- Coordinate vendors, partners, and internal teams for seamless execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Present campaign ideas, execution plans, and updates
- Manage client feedback and ensure smooth coordination throughout the
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Execute and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and
- Ensure on-ground and offline campaigns are effectively amplified through
- Monitor performance metrics including reach, engagement, leads, and
Reporting & Insights
- Track campaign performance across offline and digital platforms
- Prepare reports, insights, and post-campaign analyses
- Apply learnings to improve future campaigns
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing
- Experience managing end-to-end campaigns (offline + digital)
- Working knowledge of Google, Meta, and Instagram marketing platforms
- Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
- Comfortable with field work and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- High ownership and visibility
- Opportunity to work across strategy, execution, and performance
