    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance in Mumbai. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing business opportunities within the assigned territory. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth.

    Recruiting and developing a team of PART TIME EMPLOYEES.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Proven experience in achieving sales targets
    • Knowledge of life insurance insurance products and industry trends
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • Relevant certifications in insurance or sales (preferred)
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in life insurance agency sales
