    Sales Operation Analyst

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Order Specialist. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team to ensure timely order booking and ensuring efficient processes within the sales department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execution of customer orders via online platforms.
    • Review orders for accuracy and completeness, including pricing, product specifications, and other order information.
    • Coordinate with internal departments, including sales & other cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    • Receive and review requests for quotations from sales representatives and initiate pricing approvals.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for preparing quotations.
    • Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and other customer-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer orders.
    • Monitor and track order fulfillment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new processes, and best practices.
    • Involved with improvement initiatives related sales processes.

    Must have:

    • Postgraduate / master's degree in business administration or a related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and order management systems.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer order processing issues effectively.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
    • Knowledge of SAP & SFDC is a plus.
