Location:Mumbai with regular travel across project locationsin India; should haveno issue with extendedstays at projectlocations
Purpose:Thefunction of this position is to provide a high level of competencyinleading technical master planning bothindependently and as a leader ofa projectteam.
KeyResponsibilities: Carryingout independent site visits to do SWOT analysis ofsitesdevelopment of high level conceptualoptions location andlayout of masterplanning land uses Writing and illustratingconcepts around different typesofarchitecture to guide the architectsexplanation and analysis of aprojectsrequirements to develop project briefs strategiesandguidelines benchmarking studies forcomparable developmentsdevelopment ofpresentations and reports to explain thesame.
