    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for a leading five star hotel group in Cochin. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the Technical and Hospitality Manpower Recruitment industry. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 7-10 years of proven experience in Sales Management, preferably in the Technical and Hospitality industry
    • Strong understanding of the Technical and Hospitality Manpower Recruitment industry
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Good knowledge of hotel booking and management processes
    • Familiarity with sales operations and processes
    • Leadership and team management skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's sales objectives
    • Lead the sales team to generate new business opportunities and expand customer base
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
    • Identify market trends and opportunities for growth in the Technical and Hospitality Manpower Recruitment industry
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations
    • Stay updated with industry developments and competitors' activities
    • Train and mentor junior sales staff
