    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager to join our team.

    The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote and enhance our brand's image, drive brand awareness, and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

    This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for branding, with expertise in social media, meme marketing, influencer marketing, user-generated content (UGC), PR, and other modern marketing techniques.


    • Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights, leveraging data to inform brand strategies and content creation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives, utilizing PR strategies to maintain a positive brand image.
    • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, with a focus on engaging and resonating with target audiences.
    • Oversee the development of brand assets such as logos, packaging, and advertising materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and messaging, and collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach.
    • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including market share, customer satisfaction, and brand sentiment, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute brand initiatives effectively and within budget, including coordinating PR efforts and influencer collaborations.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth, integrating new marketing approaches and platforms as appropriate.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment, and championing creative thinking and experimentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a minimum of 812 years of experience.
    • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics, with expertise in meme marketing, influencer marketing, UGC content, and PR.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, media contacts, and stakeholders.
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a track record of developing successful brand strategies that integrate diverse marketing tactics.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
    • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools.
    • Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing techniques.
