We are seeking an experienced Welding & Fabrication Supervisor to lead our welding team and oversee fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding processes and management, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily welding and fabrication operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage a team of welders and fabricators, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement welding procedures and standards to meet project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to align welding and fabrication schedules with project timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to welding and fabrication processes.
• Train and mentor new employees on welding techniques and safety practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in welding and fabrication supervision.
• Strong knowledge of various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with welding codes and standards (e.g., ASME, AWS).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
