    Job Description:

    As a Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent to join our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to fill open positions. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with Founders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
    • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants.
    • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
    • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in Advertising.
    • Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent in a competitive market.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
