    Job Summary

    As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building a suite of new products & services targeted to solve pain points of e-Com Online Sellers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to identify opportunities to improve our current offerings, record best practices, conceive & develop new products & solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain a deep understanding of online marketplaces, e-com

    tools and processes

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build playbooks (best

    practice blueprints) which will be used by internal teams to provide effective

    solutions and services to customers

    Execute the product roadmap, ensuring that it helps deliver the business

    goals and client needs

    Drive product development by working closely with Engineering team on a

    daily basis

    Act as a product evangelist internally, advocating for the effective usage of

    playbooks by the operations/delivery teams

    Manage the product backlog and make data-driven decisions to prioritise

    features and enhancements

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that our

    marketplace services remain innovative and effective

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred

    3-5 years of experience in product management, in an e-Com marketplace or

    a SaaS company building products for e-Com sellers

    Experience with online marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart etc, is a must

    Proven track record of building successful products

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-

    driven decisions

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

    collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

    Familiarity with agile development methodologies
