    Responsibilities:

    Develop configure andimplement BMC Remedy solutions across Digital Service Operationsand Management. Customize BMC Remedy applications to meet specificcustomer requirements.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Remedy withexternal systems through web services and RESTAPIs. Upgrade Remedy ARServer and Remedy MidTier server with the latest patches ensuringsmooth operation and optimalperformance. Installand configure BMC Remedy v9.x in a clustered highavailabilityenvironment. Implementand configure Single SignOn (SSO) RSSO and LDAP plugins for Remedy. Assist in deliveringProof of Concepts (POCs) and support presales activities as needed. Provide consultingservices to clients addressing their Remedyrelated needs andrequirements. Bewilling to work in consulting engagements including shift workoncall support and occasional travel to customerlocations. Utilizeknowledge of the ARS platform for log analysis troubleshooting andresolving Remedyrelated issues. Contribute to thesetup and maintenance of disaster recovery plans for Remedy.


    Requirements:
    Minimumof 3 years of experience in BMC Remedy development implementationconfiguration andupgrades. Strongknowledge of developing and configuring integrations with externalsystems through web services and REST APIintegration. Handsonexperience in upgrading Remedy AR Server and Remedy MidTier serverwith the latestpatches. Proficiency ininstalling and configuring BMC Remedy v9.x in a clustered highavailabilityenvironment. Experiencewith Remedy installation and configuration in a server groupenvironment.Familiarity with Single SignOn (SSO) RSSO and LDAP plugins forRemedy. Ability todevelop customize and implement BMC Remedy solutions across DigitalService Operations andManagement. Strongproblemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability toanalyze logs and resolve Remedyrelatedissues. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to workeffectively with clients and crossfunctional teams. Availability forconsulting engagements including shift work oncall support andoccasional travel to customerlocations.
