    Description

    Role: Product Manager

    Location: India (Delhi)

    Reports to: Marketing Lead

    Responsibility: Thorough Knowledge of Rx Food Supplement brands for Domestic Markets

    1. Planning & execution of strategies and plan, responsible for brand and BU promotion budget and P&L. Drive sales to achieve targets. Manage the profitability of assigned Brand

    2. Cross functional collaboration (sales/purchase/medical/market research)

    3. Responsible for developing the design and execution of marketing elements like print, inputs, campaigns and customer engagement activities

    4. New product identification and portfolio management through primary and secondary research

    5. Customer connect & KOL development through CME/Symposia/ Field work to get marketing insights and feedback on brand/activities etc

    6. Review meetings with business head thereby getting detailed business insights across all the regions.

    7. Regular cycle meetings in different States for which travel will be required.

    Person: (Experience)

    The incumbent will ideally be an Pharma MBA with around 3-4 years of experience.

    Experience of handling Food Supplement Brands would be a plus but not compulsory.

    Person: (Behavioural)

    Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deal with ambiguity.

    Highly driven, target oriented. Willing to roll -up the sleeves when needed. Strong bias for action.
