    Job Title:
    ServiceNow Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME)India / Remote – OffshoreResponsibilities:


    Serve as the primary technical resource for ServiceNow integration initiatives, with expertise across IT Service Management (ITSM), platform integrations, Customer Service Management (CSM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions involving ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and define integration strategies that align with organizational goals.
    Architect and configure integration solutions using ServiceNow integration technologies, including RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.

    Design and implement data mappings, transformations, and orchestration workflows to facilitate data exchange and synchronization between ServiceNow and external systems.

    Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of custom integrations and enhancements.
    Conduct integration testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and scalability of integration solutions.
    Document integration designs, configurations, and technical specifications, maintaining comprehensive documentation for future reference and knowledge transfer.
    Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices related to integration capabilities.
    Collaborate with ServiceNow architects, developers, and administrators to establish integration governance processes and standards.

    Participate in ServiceNow community forums, user groups, and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance expertise and contribute to the broader ServiceNow community.

    Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for junior team members, providing guidance and training on ServiceNow integration principles and best practices.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration technologies and methodologies, including ITSM, platform, CSM, and HRSD integrations.
    In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow integration architecture, data model, and RESTful API framework.
    Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Scripted REST APIs, and other ServiceNow scripting languages and tools.
    Strong understanding of integration design patterns, data transformation techniques, and message queuing technologies.
    Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, and Event Management modules is a plus.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or IntegrationHub are highly desirable.
    Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or DevOps methodologies and best practices.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
