    Description

    How you will contribute:

    • Develop and implement Project & Field Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans, and Procedures ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and applicable Standards.
    • Monitor and conduct audits and inspections of project sites, materials, and equipment to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
    • Submit Weekly Progress Reports, Non-conformity Reports, and Project Quality Registers on time.
    • Coordinate inspection activities with consultant's representative and site In-charge to address quality lapses and close Non-conformity Reports.
    • Resolve quality-related issues at the site with client approval and conduct Management Review Meetings for issue resolution.
    • Conduct inspections for erection methodology and testing of electrical equipment per approved Method of Statement and Field Quality Plan.
    • Ensure proper erection, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment following approved guidelines.
    • Maintain quality documents like calibration certificates, Field Quality Plans, and checklists for project acceptance.
    • Prepare quality reports and punch lists for project handover.
    • Manage QA/QC documents, non-conformance reports, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and develop corrective action plans.
    • Facilitate training programs for staff on quality control processes.
    • Stay updated on solar technology advancements to optimize quality and efficiency.
    • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Project Supply Quality Plans and Control Procedures.

    Ideal skills for this role include:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field with a minimum of 12+ years of Quality Management & Control experience in the solar industry.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD software and awareness of STAAD Pro.
    • Strong communication skills for producing high-quality technical reports.
    • Experience in developing and implementing quality control processes.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address quality issues.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and relevant quality control software.
