    Position - Business Continuity Management

    Level - Consultant/Senior Consultant/Deputy Manager

    Location – Gurugram(Client Location)/Coimbatore/Chennai

    Years of Experience – 3 to 7 years

    Notice Period – Immediate Joiners/15 Days/30 Days

    Mandatory qualifications: CISA/ISO 2230 certification or any similar certification from BCI or DRII

    Desirable qualifications: ISO 27001, ISO 31000, etc.

    Job Description:

    · Hands-on experience in Business Continuity / IT Disaster Recovery (DR) / Business Resilience consulting and implementation projects;

    · Ability to schedule, plan, deliver and manage end-to-end business continuity projects;

    · Ability to carry out business impact assessment, business continuity strategy, road map, implementation plan, crisis management plans, response plans and business continuity maintenance plans, etc.

    · Ability to engage with various business heads and staff of client to discuss and carry out impact assessment study, risk assessment study, implementation of business continuity / DR strategy, development of response and resilience plans and in set up of crisis management team and processes;

    · Should have developed policies and procedures for Business Continuity / DR requirements for clients on public / private cloud-based set up and practice;

    · Should have developed incident response plans for specific scenarios;

    · Should have carried out at least 2 projects in business continuity domains;

    · Should be aware of ISO 22301 framework and compliance requirements;

    · Used relevant BCM tools and techniques as part of business continuity development, management and roll out

    · Possess excellent documentation / report writing skills;

    · Support in business development opportunities such as proposal development and presentation;

    · Ability to maintain excellent relationship with all levels of the client personnel during the engagement; and

    · Handle multiple assignments across various industries, etc.;

    · Additional desired skills: Experienced in training and implementation of business continuity solutions.

    The candidate should possess the following qualifications / abilities:

    · Exposure to well-structured business continuity methodologies;

    · Strong oral and written communication skills;

    · Innovative, efficient, team player and managerial skills;

    · Excellent client management skills;

    · Preference will be given to those candidates having certifications from BCI or DRII;

    · Academic qualifications: CA or Bachelors in Engineering / Computer Science / Technology / Management / Finance or any similar graduation;

    · Mandatory Qualific.: CISA/ISO 2230certification or any similar certification from BCI or DRII

    · Additional qualifications: Certifications on any products / solutions including GRC, etc.

    · Desirable qualifications: ISO 27001, ISO 31000, etc.
