- Develop corporate customers to ensure a daily sale of 1200 tons of aggregates and 800 tons of M-sand and ensure payment collection as per the agreed credit terms.
- Lead the factory counter sales to achieve a daily sale of 800 tons
- Create and monitor the performance of the sales strategy monthly with the Group General Manager
- Develop the Sales &Marketing department as an independent profit center.
- Develop right corporate customers to ensure to meet objectives of the company..
- Single handedly maintain necessary corporate documents related to the department.
- Ensure all bills reach the corporate customer in time
- Coordinate with the transportation Manager for transportation of finished goods to the corporate customers

Responsibilities
He will be responsible for running Sales department as a profit center and will manage sales budget of Rs 75 crores . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering a relationship with our corporate & direct customers. You will also oversee the implementation of the sales and marketing strategies.
Malayalam Speaking MBA with 8-10 years experience in Sales /logistics marketing preferred. The selected candidate should be a resident of Cochin or prepared to relocate to cochin before the commencement of work.
Qualifications
An MBA with 8-10 years hands on experience in in Sales &Marketing .
Salary::Rs 40000-Rs 45000.
