    JOB DESCRIPTION – Data Scientist & GAI Expert

    Fosfor Refract aims to optimize the end-to-end life cycle of Machine learning applications by simplifying various tasks of MLOPS like accessing the right data, training model, publishing and deploying models, model monitoring and evolution in a guided form using its capabilities. It minimizes the efforts of creating models by using its extensive Automated ML feature without having much understanding of Data. It eases the life of Data scientist by providing multiple metrices to understand the model outcome. It provides model explanation to make users' model trustworthy and understandable for novice users.

    • Serve as a thought leader & decision maker on technical, design & related issues.


    • Should love to solve challenges, pick up new languages, framework or technologies on the go.


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Ownership & Accountability:


    • Take ownership of your product/features - keep a keen eye out for bugs that might arise, ardently resolve them.


    • Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.


    • Continuously keep assessing usability & relevance of product features. Come up with suggestions for improvements.

    Engineering Mindset:


    • Participate in product aligned research by tweaking/rewriting libraries.


    • Should love to build and ship products that enterprises will use every day.


    • Work with problems of scale, employ technologies that are distributed in nature.


    • Ability to design for performance, scalability, and availability.


    • Experience in building web applications and full product life cycles.

    This job might be for you if you have the following skills-

    • Proven-deep-expertise in Data Science with 3 – 5 years of development experience.


    • Proven-deep-expertise in GAN & LLM Solutions


    • Experience in using langchain, vector DB, RAG frameworks.


    • Good knowledge in Langkit and MLOPS


    • Knowledge in building machine learning solutions


    • Expertise in the construction/infrastructure domain would be an added advantage.
