    Description

    Position Overview:
    As a Corporate HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our human resources strategies and initiatives.

    Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Head, you will be responsible for core recruitment activities, including sourcing and selecting top talent for key positions within the organization.

    Additionally, you will lead employee engagement activities to enhance our organizational culture and promote employee satisfaction and retention.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead endtoend recruitment processes for executive and senior management positions, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract toptier candidates.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage passive candidates.
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to augment talent pipelines as needed.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, including but not limited to teambuilding activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives and promote employee development and retention.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate HR records and documentation, including employee files, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management and continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and practices within the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
    • 7 to 10 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement activities.
    • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring executive and senior management positions.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment branding.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
    • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Willingness to work independently and take ownership of HR initiatives, as well as collaborate as a proactive team member.
