    Role Overview:

    The Operations Engineer (Onshore) will play a vital role in ensuring technical readiness, coordinating with offshore teams, and enhancing the overall efficiency of maintenance activities. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can drive maintenance planning, breakdown management, and operations optimization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate breakdown/shutdown reviews and follow-up actions.
    • Assist in vendor mobilization, spare/tool tracking, and breakdown logistics.
    • Monitor and manage critical spares to avoid operational disruptions.
    • Collaborate with Facility Manager, TMM & SMEs for maintenance improvements.
    • Ensure contractor competency and training for safe task execution.
    • Analyse and reduce maintenance backlog through CMMS (SAP/Maximo).
    • Develop work packs for planned maintenance tasks.
    • Monitor CMMS usage and suggest system/process improvements.
    • Participate in risk assessments, RCAs, JSAs, and MOCs.
    • Lead or support SOP updates and field investigations.
    • Conduct audits and site visits to ensure procedural compliance.
    • Support knowledge transfer and offshore team alignment as required.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Education:

    Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial/Marine/Relevant Engineering OR Technical Diploma with relevant onshore/oil & gas experience.

    Experience:

    Minimum 5-7 years in Oil & Gas or related field operations.

    Exposure to shutdown planning and maintenance operations.

    Experience working with multinational teams is a plus.

    Knowledge of CMMS, SOPs, TQs, and safety audits.
