About the job

Zepto is looking for dynamic professionals to manage Law Enforcement agencies, IR, Local Municipal authorities etc. This Role will be reporting into the Head - Law Enforcement. Our ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in dealing with matters related to Local Law Enforcement Liaison work.

This role requires handling of confidential and critical information, and the interpersonal skills needed to navigate, grow, and optimize efforts in a high-tech, fast-paced, and physical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage & coordinate all Local Law enforcement matters related to the company. Implement processes for managing FIR/ complaints and implementation of recommendations.
• Track progress on all cases across different jurisdictions and update to Head -LEA on progress of FIR/complaints.
• Visiting Local Police stations to maintain and build relations to get support in critical times.
• Collaborate with the legal and HR department to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
• Coordinating with Local police authorities in respect of notice received u/s 91 Cr.p.c. or other relevant act.
• Submission of reply and relevant information and documents in Police Station and other authorities.
• Review and research evidence/documents to analyze the overall fact pattern of claim and synthesize data into a professional report with recommendations
• Manage and prioritize a large and varied caseload effectively and efficiently to achieve positive results.
• Coordinate with senior police/civil officials for visits to Zepto stores to anticipate strong deterrence.
