• Create and maintain customer accounts for both UK and international customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Process amendments and updates to customer accounts promptly and accurately and high standards.
• Manage customer login credentials, including the addition of new users and troubleshooting login issues.
• Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Execute data management tasks with meticulous attention to detail, recognizing the critical importance of accuracy in all aspects of data handling.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective and smooth transaction of customer orders and data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Generate and deliver quotes for customers, both domestic and international, with a high degree of accuracy.
• Manage volumetric data related to sales, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

• Proven experience in data management, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• Strong proficiency in any CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
