- Managing the company's employees, by motivating them to perform to their highest potential.
- Sourcing the right candidates by researching and contacting colleges, conducting campus placement drives, managing employment agencies, recruiters, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining a good rapport.
- Ensure consistency in HR practices in relation to salary and benefits, recruitment & induction, and completion and termination of contracts, and bring them in line with our values and fairness principles.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Analysing trends in compensation and its benefits in the market
- Assessing employees' performance by comparing their performance against predefined standards.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Establish an effective safeguarding awareness program throughout the organization.
- Report on project progress and status.
- Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- A thorough understanding of the rules and legislation governing employment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to assign responsibilities to others as required and prioritize tasks.
- Min. 2 years of exp. in HR domain.
