    At present, we operate four resorts located in Coorg, Ooty, Kochin, and Goa. and we are poised to expand significantly, with plans to add over eight properties within the next two years.

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Travel Agent / Channel Partner Sales within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing corporate sales initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the corporate segment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive corporate sales growth in the hospitality sector.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and other relevant data to senior management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the hospitality sector.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in corporate sales within the hospitality industry, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with corporate clients and stakeholders.
    • Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Flexibility to travel as needed.
