2. Negotiatea wide range of commercial agreements from contracts withenterprise customers to complex andhighvalue.
3. Workingon regulatory aspects of business and fintech laws such as advisingthe internal stakeholders liasioning with externalcounsel
4. Knowledgeand implementation of international privacylaws
5. Provideadvice and strategic support technology law issues licensing andother intellectual propertyissues
6. Such otherlegal matters as may be assigned by GeneralCounsel

• Caneffectively negotiate with a positive impact on customerrelationships without compromising on legalframework
• Demonstratesoutstanding judgment and makes consistent gooddecisions
• Hasexperience designing implementing and executing effectivecommercial transaction and relatedprocesses.
• Communicatesclearly and empathetically both facetoface and inwriting.

RequiredQualifications:

• 46 years of transactional fintech or paymentsexperience
• LawGraduate from reputed lawcollege
• Excellentgrasp of payments business and fintech space for APAC andCEMEA
• Excellentnegotiation skills including firsthand experience of leadingnegotiations with parties across multiplejurisdictions
