    Job Overview

    Twixor, an innovative messaging technology company, is looking for a Solution Manager to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Solution Manager, you will play a key role in enabling business transactions over messaging channels and orchestrating end-to-end fulfillment via digital customer journeys. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT services or consulting industry
    • Strong understanding of messaging channels and their role in customer engagement
    • Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end digital customer journeys
    • Proficiency in programming languages and low-code development platforms
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Knowledge of AI, natural language processing (NLP), and chatbot technologies is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop a deep understanding of Twixor's messaging technology and its application in various industries
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end digital customer journeys
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide customized solutions
    • Drive customer acquisition and engagement strategies using messaging channels like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, and Telegram
    • Ensure seamless transfer of customer interactions between automated flows and live agents
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
    • Provide training and support to clients on using Twixor's messaging technology
