    Senior Manager - Special Projects, interventions & Org Effectiveness COE

    Role:

    • This is a core HR role where in you will be positioned to lead the organisation on key projects of strategic importance and unlocking long term value. This would focus majorly on delivering projects in the area of Organization Design & Effectiveness, talent advisory, OD, Enhancing Organisational capability and key projects while working in a highvisibility, highOctane and fastpaced environment within the human capital function.
    • In addition to this you will help us build cutting edge talent analytics algorithms that haven't been built so far and build POV's on key market and talent trends within the sector.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Full Time master's degree from premium / Tier 1 B school ideally a Graduate of batches
    • Exposure to Human Capital Consulting, Rewards/OKR Design, Org Design projects with Management Consulting is desirable
    • Excellent Communication and client presentation skills
    • Should be able to think through problems.
    • Conceptual clarity of solution.
    • Excellent analytical ability. Exposure to Statistics/Linear Regression, Predictive Modelling, data analytics and Advanced excel is must.

    • Detailed data, trend analysis to derive insights, transforming into key actionable to enhance efficiency & productivity
    • Cost benefit analysis of various HR interventions & initiatives
    • Detailed Job evaluation exercise, handson with different methodologies, creating job families, streamline Org structure to deliver best organizational output
    • Designing succession plan and Leadership pipeline for key positions
    • Driving change management interventions and organisational transformation initiatives
    • Designing C&B structure and Talent Management framework
    • Salary, Grade & Structure benchmarking exercise with leading players
