The TeleCounsellor / EducationCounsellor for Frankfinn will be responsible for providingcounseling services to students and parents interested in coursesoffered by the brand.

The counselor will be responsible forgenerating leads guiding students on courses based on theirinterests and following up with interested students to enroll themin the appropriatecourses.

JobResponsibilities:Provide counseling services to students and parents on coursesoffered by thebrand Guidestudents based on their interests and provide information aboutcourses effectivelyGenerate walkins from leads referrals and othersources Mobilizestudent groups over the phone for programming courses andtechnologies Followup with interested students who have not yet enrolled in thecourses Maintaindaytoday contact with customers and build relationships withthem Prepare andmaintain accurate records and documentation of counselingactivities and studentenrolment

Working:(Monday Saturday) 10:00 A.M. To 7:00P.M.

Requirements:Prior experience in counseling or related field is a plus but notrequired Ability toprovide information clearly and effectively to students andparents Excellentinterpersonal skills and ability to build relationships withcustomers Strongfollowup and followthroughskills
