    Business Development Executive (BDE) + Hirgin now industry

    Job Brief:
    - Identify potential clients and business opportunities to provide/ develop software solutions. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and build business relationships. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones, Lead generation.

    - Responsible for Online Bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. Responsible for Resource Staffing and using LinkedIn to build connections and generate leads.

    Required Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Fresher don't apply)

    Preferable Experience: Sales in IT Services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
    • Using Linkedin, Online Bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, etc to generate leads.
    • Generate sales through cold/warm calling as well as emailing current and prospective customers.
    • Make proactive calls on the inbound sales leads to gather the requirements from the clients. Achieve the required quantity and quality of outbound calls and cold emails to prospects and qualify them
    • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our software solutions.
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies, forecast sales pipeline, and track progress against targets.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication
      and meetings. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

    Skills Required:

    · Excellent Communication Skills and Email etiquette.

    · Passionate for sales.

    · Good at MS Excel, PPT, Upwork, freelancers, and Linkedin.

    · Typing Speed 35+

    · Details oriented.

    · Mature attitude with the capability to discuss business issues.
